I didn't think it was going to take me this long to get to 70 posts...I guess I'm just that much of a slacker.
Tonight was the Barenaked Ladies and my awesome job provided me with free tickets...it was a great show, just unfortunate, somewhat, that they didn't sell enough tickets to keep the upper level open. I guess that kind of thing happens to the best of artists, sometimes.
I can't say that I've done much this reading week, but maybe that's not a bad thing. I've slept in...which is always nice. I get to put in some time with the boy, which is not always easy with a management student, almost-engineering student, both of whom have part-time jobs. In fact, I'm spending time with him now. I'm on his laptop, sitting on his bed, under the covers, and he's playing a computer game with his friend. *sigh*, such is life. It makes me feel so artsy to be here, typing, while sitting next to someone who is so far away in mind right now.
I just remembered that on our way out from the show, we heard a rumour that someone had been shot in the head on Portage Avenue during the time of the concert. nothing on CTV news' website yet, but I shall try to find out more.
Boyfriend's game is almost done, time to persuade him to make me some very belated dinner and watch futurama episodes.
