My nights have become very strange. 7:30 is a constant, the time I wake up monday-saturday, yet I have allowed my amount of sleep become a variable. I should be getting to bed at the latest, 11:30 to allow for optimal sleep time; yet, 11:30 rolls around and I simply disregard the fact.
I am left catching up on sleep on the bus--before and after class--and saturday nights (I usually don't work Sundays) but I have a feeling it's wrecking havoc internally.
I end up feeling...almost required to stay up...there is just one more site I want to go to...play one more game of freecell...WIN one more game of freecell...check your email (again!)...all this internal conflict, and at the same time trying to tell myself that I can get to all of this shit tomorrow, it's not going to disappear within a day.
Speaking of sleep, I'm going to get some.
