My god, I am so tired/sore. I went to the gym for the second time ever yesterday, and my workout included 10 minutes on the track, 10 minutes on that cycling thing, and about 10 minutes on the elliptical, as well as loads of sets on various machines. My gluts are now screaming "why did you do this to us???". I think my tiredness has something to do with my soreness, because I did get like, 8 1/2 hours of sleep which is way more than I usually get.
Hopefully this doesn't hinder my ability to donate blood this afternoon!
And...scene. time for class.
