back to scholastic insanity.

I have so many things running through my head, i'll try to put it into sub-topics:

computer-wise:
first of all, I'm likin' all the stuff google has been doing lately. guys, give yourselves a pat on the back! I downloaded google desktop and though I haven't seen all of its features yet, I'm amused.

plus you run this awesome mutha of a page! Whoot!

I'm taking two computer courses this term: computer science and computer usage...both should be relatively easy, but because I feel like they will be relatively easy, it really puts stress on me not to fuck up. And I'm taking computer usage online, which only adds more stress as I realized that I should read the distance ed pdf file, and I just read tonight that there's something I have to add to each assignment, which I wouldn't have known about otherwise.

Home-wise:
My mum has once again made some brilliant banana chocolate chip muffins.

We have a new furnace and a new fence!

I am proud of myself for actually handwashing my unmentionables and my danko jones shirt tonight, instead of leaving it in my closet to be found by my mother and undoubtably washed with all other dark-ish colours, only to be faded!

I just think it's way more awesome to spell the word that way. especially since I am still attending the place.

Almost done my purchasing/receiving textbooks. I spent around $300, which isn't bad.

I already have two writing assignments in my communications class, and reading to do in 2 other classes, one of which I don't have the textbook for, yet. Yeesh. Better gets to work. Tomorrow.

Misc:
driver's test wednesday. must practice parallel parking so that I don't fail with dad's fridge of a van.

got 1/7 of the remaining sam roberts tickets...the beach boys had better be done before sammy hits the stage, so I don't waste any money!

got ticket # 11 for danko jones, october 2nd, Winnipeg. Sweet. (details about our roadtrip to see the guys coming soon.)

gots to get my sloan tickets soon! Don't want 'em to sell out.

soooo poor. Shakespeare gots to get paid, and so do I. I'm going to have to find a part-time job, as this will not do. I can be going around shoving my visa into all the cashier's faces.

bowling with the jss crew on thursday. should be a hoot, as long as they let me use a child's ball again this time.
