dear mom,
Please don't organize my room when I'm out. It's quite a shock, completely unnecessary, and I'm going to have to change it back, involving way too much effort than I'm willing/wanting to spend. I already have enough to worry about right now, ie. school and my friends.
Please don't come into my room while I'm actually doing homework to discuss the reorganization of my closet. Contrary to popular belief, I'm not looking at living at home forever, and I'm also not interested at reorganizing my closet when I have a sociology test in the near future. In fact, I'd move out if I had the resources, which I'm far from at the moment. And also, please don't act offended when I don't sound interested.
Please don't nitpick...I know that's your specialty, but it's sure as heck not helping rachael out, and therefore, it's not helping me out.
Don't get me wrong, I love your chocolate chip cookies and how you're making me canvas bag(s) out of old concert tees, but let's put it this way: I'd keep my bedroom door closed a lot more if only I could stand the heat.
sincerely, your daughter.
